Iambic CW Portable Key/Paddle

Important Note: Previous delivery time was 2 weeks from ordering. These keys are hand built in Lake Saint Louis, Missouri. I use my own CNC machine to make the parts in small batches. I am currently running behind and expect orders to be about 5-6 weeks. I made several design changes to make them better after I got feedback from initial customers.

This is an iambic paddle with magnetic return and stainless steel contacts, designed for sending CW/Morse Code with a compatible radio or keyer. The mainboard inside has a switch that can be easily flipped to change the polarity for left- or right-handed operation.

There are four neodymium magnets on the bottom that can hold the paddle to a rough surface for single-handed operation. These magnets are specifically designed for securing the key to the Modern Morse weighted base (currently in design).

The body, arms, and finger pieces are made of 6061 Aluminum. An FR4 PCB is housed inside. The bearings are made of steel (specifications available upon request). The clear insert on the top is polycarbonate. All hardware is stainless steel. The magnets are Neodymium, and the magnet adjusters are 300 series brass. The protective Cerakote coating gives the body and arms their color.

Each arm's throw and return tension are independently adjustable. The kit includes 1.5mm and 2.0mm Allen (hex) keys for adjustment and disassembly.
